Grant Writing: Funder Questions (Allison Rojas, Community Consulting Group) One of the most common problems grant writers have is trying to figure out how to respond to funder questions. In this training, the five basic categories of funder questions are provided along with strategies for responding to each. Also included is an opportunity for you to translate actual funder questions into the five basic categories.
Grant Writing: Answering the Question (Allison Rojas, Community Consulting Group) This quick 8-minute module reviews the five basic questions asked by all funders and then applies these techniques to an actual proposal. Use this training to help gain an understanding of what it’s like to be a funder.
Grant Writing: Winners and Sinners (Allison Rojas, Community Consulting Group) This training provides a unique opportunity for learners to read actual responses to proposal questions. For each sample, a commentary is provided on what worked and what didn’t. Suggestions are offered to improve the effectiveness of the response.
Medical Case Management Unit Rate (Sheila Murphy, Hennepin County Ryan White Program) This training covers what unit rates are and how they were developed and gives viewers practical tools for tracking units of service and invoicing for them. Watch this training for tips on ensuring a smooth audit process!
