Under the guidance of the Needs Assessment and Evaluation Committee, the information gathered in the Service Area Reviews (SARs) is summarized in Service Area Review Summaries (SAR Summaries). Committee members and the contracted evaluators write "key points for each area/activity that provide interpretation of the data included in the full summaries. Posted below are the most recent SAR Summaries. NOTE: There is one "summary" for each service area/activity that the Council prioritizes, even though there are not full SARs on every area/activity. There is not always enough data for each service to warrant a full SAR.  All attached SAR summaries are in PDF format.
